Replacement Policy

Replacement Request Period:

You can request replacement within 48 hours of receiving the product only if it is damaged, missing items or wrong product received. Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Product:

If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.

Missing Items:

If any items are absent from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the remaining items and inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will examine the situation and provide appropriate assistance.

Exchange for Wrong Product:

If you received wrong product from what you have ordered. kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the product received. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.

Exceptions:

DealsDazzle cannot assume responsibility for unreported damages or claims made beyond the above timeliness.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the provided video, we will proceed with the replacement/refund process.

2. Missing Items:

If we are unable to provide the missing item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued for the respective item(s).

Original Condition and Packaging:

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, should be included.

Return Shipping:

· The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).

· We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Return Conditions:

To start a return, you can contact us at dealsdazzle24@gmail.com. if the return is accepted, We will let you know further process.

The return will be processed only if:

1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

3. The product is returned in its original condition.

4. The customer must provide an unboxing video.

Important Notes:

· We cannot accept returns or refund on sale products.

· The refund is only possible if the product is in good condition and is returned with the original packaging, receipt, and invoice.

· Refunds will be issued in gift vouchers only, after the product reaches our premises and is inspected for compliance with our return policy.
